Accenture - Way behind the curve

The recent Accenture announcement in IT Business (http://www.itbusiness.ca/it/client/en/home/News.asp?id=43006) is really old news. Companies have been deploying such solutions for over 2 years. I'd be curious to see if their CTO will later publish how easy it is to establish social networking within a large company....it is not...as people are busy doing their jobs and delivering to their clients. It also baffles me why it would take them 12 months to activate what has been available for a long time. Thought leadership behind the times?
